Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars merupakan real-time strategy video game yang dikembangkan dan diterbitkan oleh Electronic Arts untuk Windows, Mac OS X dan platform Xbox 360, dan dirilis secara internasional pada Maret 2007. Sekuel langsung dari RTS tahun 1999 : Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun oleh Westwood Studios, sebuah perusahaan yang sudah tidak aktif dan bergabung dengan EA dan kemudian dilikuidasi pada tahun 2003, Tiberium Wars mengembalikan seri Command & Conquer ke akar-akarnya dalam cerita Tiberium, sekali lagi menampilkan faksi dari "Global Defense Initiative and the Brotherhood of Nod", dan juga memperkenalkan sebuah faksi luar bumi baru yang dikenal sebagai "Scrin".

Tiberium Wars terjadi di tahun 2047, pada kemunculannya dan selama Perang Tiberium Ketiga,  "Brotherhood of Nod" meluncurkan serangan di seluruh dunia terhadap "Global Defense Initiative"; secara mendadak mengakhiri tujuh belas tahun ketenangan dan melumpuhkan pasukan GDI dimana-mana. Dengan kemungkinan bergesernya keberuntungan ke "BrotherHood" kali ini, "GDI fields Commanders" mengerahkan pasukan mereka dan mulai memerangi kedua Nod yang muncul kembali, mencoba untuk mengembalikan harapan hilang.
